We know there's nothing more exciting than waiting for a new piece to arrive, so we aim to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer flat-rate shipping of $10 NZD on all orders shipped within New Zealand.
Your shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Processing Times
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within:
- North Island: 1–2 business days after dispatch
- South Island: 2–3 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or busy periods.
Rural Deliveries
Rural addresses may require additional delivery time.
